Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your boots to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Important Note: Due to the special nature of our exotic leather boots, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack your return – Include all original items, packaging, and documentation
  4. Ship it back – Send to our address below using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • We made an error in your order

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Process

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item
